Identify the entry before interpreting it

Open the current account or wallet history and record the label exactly as displayed. A deposit, withdrawal, bonus credit, game settlement and balance adjustment are different entries and should not be treated as interchangeable.

  • Transaction type and amount
  • Displayed local date and time
  • Pending, completed, rejected or cancelled status
  • Reference or transaction ID
  • Masked payment method or destination

Compare the account ledger with the payment record

For a deposit or withdrawal question, compare the ASIA818 entry with the corresponding bank or e-wallet record. Check the same amount and time window, and remember that a platform reference and a bank reference may be different identifiers.

Keep the original: Do not edit screenshots in a way that removes the transaction ID or status. Mask unrelated private information instead.

Build a traceable support request

Provide the exact transaction type, amount, timestamp, status and reference through the verified support route. Explain what record you expected and what is shown. Never provide a password, OTP, full card number or unmasked identity document in an unsolicited chat.

If the issue involves a rejected or pending withdrawal, read the relevant status guide before creating duplicate requests.

Transaction-history questions

No. A ledger may separately show payment, bonus and game-settlement activity.

Save the platform reference and the corresponding payment-provider reference when both exist.
